Annual Physical Examination

A physical exam checks your overall health. Your healthcare provider will evaluate the basic function of your organs, address any concerns, update your vaccinations and help you get healthy or maintain good health. Get a physical exam each year. It takes about 30 minutes to complete.

Stay Ahead of Health Problems Before They Start

An annual physical exam is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your long-term health. At Integral Health, we believe preventive care is just as important as treating illness. Your yearly exam gives us the opportunity to evaluate your overall health, identify potential concerns early, and develop a personalized plan to help you stay healthy for years to come.

Whether you're feeling perfectly well or have new concerns you'd like to discuss, your annual visit provides dedicated time to focus on your health.

What Is an Annual Physical?

An annual physical is a comprehensive preventive health evaluation performed by your primary care provider. During this visit, we review your medical history, assess your current health, perform a thorough physical examination, and discuss lifestyle factors that may impact your overall well-being.

Our goal is not simply to identify disease—but to prevent it whenever possible through early detection, education, and personalized care.

Most appointments take approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on your individual health needs.

  • Neurologic function

  • Musculoskeletal health

  • Mental and emotional well-being

  • Preventive screenings appropriate for your age and risk factors

When medically appropriate, breast, pelvic, genital, prostate, or other focused examinations may also be performed.
